Shipping Policy

We process and ship all products within 24 to 48 working hours.

Orders within India are typically delivered in 5 to 8 working days, depending on the shipping address, public holidays, and weather conditions.

Deliveries to parts of Jammu & Kashmir and North East India may take up to 10 working days.

In rare cases, delivery might take up to 2 weeks depending on the product's availability.

Tracking information will be sent to your email address once your product ships. If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please email us at weartho.wyt@gmail.com.

We ship all our products using reliable courier partners, including Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart, and EcomExpress, selected based on your pincode.

If your tracking shows the product as "delivered" but you have not received it, please check with family members, neighbors, flatmates, or your office mail room first.

If you receive a delivery notification but do not have the product, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the notification so we can immediately raise the issue with our courier partner.

We will not be liable for any losses or able to take action if you notify us after the 48-hour window has passed.

In genuine cases of missing deliveries, we will refund the total amount to the customer after adequately investigating the case, which takes up to 10 working days.
