🔄 The Golden Rule: 7 Days
All exchanges and returns are accepted only if you inform us of the issue within 7 days of delivery (including the day of delivery). Exchange or return requests will only be processed once per order.
👕 Exchanges (Size Issues & Incorrect Items)
Free exchange on size issues, but no refunds on size issues. * How it works: If you receive the wrong product or need a different size, you can raise an exchange request within 7 days. We will exchange it for another size or the correct product of the exact same value.

No Extra Fees: There are no extra charges for this standard exchange, and we will arrange the reverse pickup for you.

Upgrading: If the new exchange product is of a higher value, the difference in price must be paid online before the exchange is processed.
💰 Refunds (Defective Products Only)
We issue refunds exclusively in genuine cases of defective products. We do not offer refunds for size issues or on any other grounds.

How to claim a defect refund: Email our customer support at weartho.wyt@gmail.com with your order details, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the defective product.

Our Verification: If our verification process shows that the defect occurred due to customer action, use, or omission, we will not be responsible for refunding the amount.

Exceptional Cases: In rare, exceptional cases where a return is accepted (when there is no delivery issue and the correct order was delivered), a ₹100 fee will be deducted from your refund. This deduction covers the logistics cost of the reverse pickup service.

Processing: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original bank account used for the purchase, or to a bank account you provide.
⚠️ Conditions for Exchange & Return
To ensure your request is approved, the items must meet the following conditions. We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges if the merchandise does not qualify:

Original Condition: Products must have the original sticker label attached, be folded correctly, and be adequately packed so they are not damaged in transit. Without this, the exchange will not be processed.

Unused: Any product that has been used or washed even once cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Sale Items: Any product bought during a sale or using a discount code is not eligible for a refund.

Color Variations: Please note that the exact color and design of the T-shirt may vary slightly from those displayed on your screen, our website, social media, or ads. Returns and refunds are not possible for slight variations in color or design.

Damaged Packages: To avoid issues, please do not accept packages that appear damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery from the courier.
